- Chief Operating Officer: Experience in working in administration in a leadership position for at least 10 years in the Govt or NGO sector, good knowledge of accounting and statutory regulations for NGOs, ability to handle a team of 20-25 professionals and work calmly under pressure. Retired Govt. officials are preferred.
- Development Executive: Experience in fundraising, public relations and creating awareness about the work of an NGO through multiple ways including social media. Should have good communication skills and be creative in using visual media. Fluency in English is a must.
